TAKING “GHOST”-WRITING TOO LITERALLY
Drake releases new song with AI Tupac and AI Snoop Dogg
Drake is taking “ghost”-writing too literally and using AI to recreate the voices of the late rap legend, Tupac , and Snoop Dogg.
In his new diss track, Taylor Made Freestyle, nearly 50% of the song is AI-generated. The question is, how did he do this legally?
This is bigger than it seems as it makes the first time a major recording artist potentially paid to acquire the voice rights from a late artist’s estate and a living artist, and use them in their own song 👻.
Alternatively, he could have used Tupac’s likeness illegally - which is why Drake hasn’t released his new track on Spotify yet.

Bitcoin Halving pushes miners to AI

But it’s not going to be easy.
This change would involve upgrading their infrastructure and buying completely new equipment - despite both Bitcoin mining & AI training both using GPUs. We’ll see if they can successfully make this change 👀
